Privacy policy

Effective 23 October 2026

The short version
  • This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, ads or tracking pixels.
  • We only receive personal data you choose to send us - by email or by booking a call.
  • We use it to reply to you and to discuss working together. We never sell it.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time: work@nativai.co.

1. Who we are

This website, nativai.co, is operated by ClawForce LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as NativAI, with its registered address at 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, USA (“NativAI”, “we”, “us”).

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For anything privacy-related, contact us at work@nativai.co.

2. What we collect and why

When you email us

If you write to us - including through the “Free Audit” buttons, which open a pre-filled email in your own mail app - we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in the message, such as your company, role and project details.

We use this to reply and to discuss a possible project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

When you book a call

“Book a discovery call” opens a scheduling window run by Calendly. When you book, you give your name, email address, the time you chose and any answers to the booking questions. Calendly passes these to us and sends the calendar invitation. The call itself takes place on the video tool named in the invitation.

We use this to hold the call and prepare for it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

When you visit the site

Like every website, ours is delivered by servers that receive technical data with each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. Our hosting and network providers use this to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix faults. We do not use it to identify or profile visitors.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

What we don’t collect

We don’t run analytics, advertising or tracking tools, we don’t build visitor profiles, and we don’t buy or sell personal data. We make no automated decisions about you.

3. Cookies and third-party content

Our own pages set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. Two outside services load when you open a page:

CookieSet byPurposeDuration
__cf_bmCalendly (via Cloudflare)Distinguishes people from bots to protect the booking service. Strictly necessary.30 minutes

If you open the booking window, Calendly may set further cookies of its own and will ask for your consent where required. Those are governed by Calendly’s privacy notice.

4. Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers who process personal data on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:

ProviderWhat they doLocation
Vercel Inc.Hosts the websiteUnited States
Cloudflare, Inc.Network, security and DNSUnited States
Calendly LLCCall schedulingUnited States

Google LLCWeb fontsUnited States

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights. If NativAI is ever sold or merged, data may pass to the new owner under the same protections.

5. International transfers

NativAI and most of the providers above are based in the United States, so if you contact us from elsewhere, your data is processed in the US. Where providers receive data from the European Economic Area or the UK, the transfer relies on the provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

Email work@nativai.co and we will reply within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

8. Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to our email and business tools is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Case studies

Screenshots in our case studies show sample data, not client data.

10. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its effective date. For significant changes, we will make that clear on the site.
